About the Role

Our prep‑cooks prepare amazing and nourishing meals for our guests and ensure the highest quality standards of food service and the best culinary experience are provided at all times.

They work closely with the Executive Chef to create and review menus, prepare food, and ensure the meals are prepared in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and company policies.

• Starting wages $19.35 per hour.
• Hero Pay $0.85 per hour.

• Part‑time – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Day shift available (first shift).

• Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature, and appearance.
• Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly.
• Assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe certified.
• 2+ years related kitchen experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
