About Palio:
Palio is a celebrated Italian restaurant inspired by the Palio di Siena horse race. It offers authentic Tuscan‑style cuisine including large pizzas from an industrial gas‑fired stone oven, bolognese, carbonara, lasagna, and re‑invented classics made with herbs from our own in‑house herb garden. The wine and beverage list features craft beer, unique hand‑crafted cocktails, and an extensive wine and grappa selection.
We prepare all food from scratch in a seasonally focused kitchen, with a mission to exceed guests’ expectations by providing memorable dining experiences.
