Responsibilities- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Deliver makeup applications, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations as part of a high-performing team.
- Contribute to in-store events and ensure high standards of visual merchandising.
- Retail experience is preferred; applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate high levels of creative and technical expertise will be considered.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must have proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
- Pay range: $21.60 to $32.40 per hour. Exact rate depends on experience, skills, education, and location. May be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Eligibility for a bonus program based on performance and company results.
