As our Sales Lead, you’ll be the face of our studio out in the community—connecting, inspiring, and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating leads through outreach, networking, and community engagement
• Representing OTF at local events
  , interacting with potential members, and building strong relationships
• Inviting prospects into the studio for intro classes and guiding them through their first OTF experience
• Closing memberships with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Collaborating with the studio team to hit monthly goals and elevate the member experience

• Strong communication and people skills
• Proven sales experience with a track record of closing
