• Build strong community and client relationships through networking, events, and outreach
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding hiring needs and workforce challenges
• Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions and support a smooth client handoff
• Expand services within existing accounts through additional hiring solutions and offerings
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Track KPIs and provide insight using analytics and reporting tools
• Represent Axios Recruitment at community, industry, and chamber events to strengthen brand presence

• Proven B2B sales or service‑based sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a client‑first mindset
• Highly self‑motivated, independent, and proactive in a field‑based role
• Tech‑savvy with CRM and analytics tool experience
• Comfortable attending occasional after‑hours networking events
