The Territory Manager will join Milestone Pharmaceuticals’ new sales team, as part of EVERSANA, to launch a cardiovascular therapy. The role requires promoting the product to physicians and other medical personnel, educating them on its use, advantages, and indications, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will achieve sales goals and abide by company-defined metrics and compliance guidelines.

• Achieve territory product sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and promotional regulations.
• Effectively promote and educate targeted physicians/HCPs through one‑on‑one meetings, group presentations, and company‑approved promotional programs.
• Work 5 days in the field each week, supported by office time for call planning, customer follow‑up, presentation preparation, appointments, and report generation.
• Maintain high field productivity and meet call plan expectations.
• Execute company‑approved product marketing plans and territory/business plans.
• Support targeted customers using approved resources, sales materials, and promotional activities.
• Ensure territory sales strategy execution using periodic business plans and call activity reports.
• Accurately report and submit sales call activities, territory expenses, and written reports in a timely manner.
• Attend all company‑sponsored sales and medical meetings as directed.
• Balance territory and regional work while maintaining solid sales performance.
• Exhibit an acceptable level of competence in all required competencies.
• Demonstrate sales influence within the territory.
• Travel as needed throughout the territory, including overnight stays.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Cardiovascular experience preferred.
• Ability to learn, comprehend, and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information.
• Strong sales aptitude and proven selling experience.
• Documented record of sales success.
• Solid communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, can‑do approach.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Motivational and persuasion skills.
• Team orientation.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight, as required.
