Bath Works of Michigan is seeking an outgoing, people-first Event Sales Rep to represent our company at home shows, festivals, and community events across Michigan. You’ll be the face of our brand
, chatting with homeowners, sharing our story, and booking free in-home estimates.

• Represent Bath Works at shows, festivals, and events across Michigan
• Engage with attendees about their remodeling goals and schedule free consultations
• Follow Bath Works’ proven engagement process (training provided)
• Assist with booth setup and teardown

• Outgoing, positive personality; you love connecting with people
• Weekend availability (events typically run Friday through Sunday)
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (travel required)
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs
• Sales, customer service, or event experience is a plus but not required
• $21–$32 per hour on-target earnings (base pay plus performance bonus)
• Paid travel to fun events across Michigan (Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Midland, Traverse City, and more)
