- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty sales experience in Psychology or Neurology
- Professional expertise with a strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and build trust among peers
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent travel is required
- Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution
- Knowledge of business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., , Oracle)
- Excellent project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
- Strong sales and account management disposition
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
