Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Metro Grand Rapids, MI Area

• Base Salary: $80,000–$120,000 (flexibility to start higher during ramp-up)
• Uncapped commissions – 6% on new client revenue for first 18 months, then residual structure
• Benefits:

Our client, a long-term leader in the light industrial/manufacturing staffing industry, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales efforts and expand market share across Metro Grand Rapids/Holland. This is an individual contributor role focused purely on new business development. You’ll build client relationships, acquire new accounts, and help scale branch revenue in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The role provides a defined territory with strong growth potential, plus the support of an established brand.

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales success in the staffing industry or light industrial/manufacturing sales
• Knowledge of the Metro Grand Rapids market (Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon, Grand Haven)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated outbound activity: cold calls, client visits, proposals, CRM usage
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a book of business from the ground up
