- Prospect and maintain business relationships with independent facilities in the assigned territory
- Collaborate with the Regional Key Account Manager to implement services for newly acquired facilities
- Build and maintain rapport with distribution representatives and end-user facilities
- Identify opportunities for premium products and drive growth through strategic pricing
- Conduct approximately eighteen calls per week to manage relationships and support customer business reviews
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or a minimum of three years of experience in account management
- At least three years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Proven ability to lead the sales process, including prospecting and closing deals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel up to 70% for business purposes and possess a valid driver's license
- Experience in the Long-Term Care sector
- Strong team collaboration skills and effective communication abilities
- Previous experience with CRM systems and expense management tools
