- Ensure clinical adoption of products through demonstrations and in‑servicing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in inside or field sales in healthcare or similar industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in medical devices
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Salesforce knowledge is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with formal presentation abilities
- Knowledge of clinical workflow and hospital environment
- Ability to travel 50‑75% within an assigned geographic territory
- Experience in engaging with healthcare professionals and understanding their needs
