Associate Representative, Sales - GSS; Michigan

• Salary up to $80,300 annually

• Understand and promote the Surgical Portfolio to meet customers' clinical and economic needs
• Engage with existing customers to support incremental purchases and improve their experience
• Formulate and implement selling strategies for products of intermediate complexity
• Schedule and complete customer sales calls and follow up on business opportunities
• Ensure clinical adoption of products through demonstrations and in‑servicing

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of experience in inside or field sales in healthcare or similar industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in medical devices
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
  Salesforce knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with formal presentation abilities

• Knowledge of clinical workflow and hospital environment
• Ability to travel 50‑75% within an assigned geographic territory
• Experience in engaging with healthcare professionals and understanding their needs
