Outside Sales Representative; HVAC

Join a dynamic team as an Outside Sales Representative, where you'll play a vital role in expanding our presence within the Industrial and HVAC / Automatic Temperature Control markets across Michigan. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, technical knowledge, and relationship-building skills to drive growth and deliver innovative flow control solutions to a diverse range of customers.

• Promote and market a comprehensive portfolio of valves, actuators, and control products within your assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their processes and needs through on-site visits.
• Recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and value for clients.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective territory and account management.
• Continuously enhance your technical proficiency across product lines and applications.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred;
  Business or related fields considered, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience selling valves, controls, or related industrial products is highly desirable.
• Proven outside or field-based industrial sales experience, particularly in Industrial and HVAC / Automatic Temperature Control markets.
• Solid understanding of fluid handling equipment, including valves, actuators, and controls.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results and manage multiple accounts.
• Must reside in Michigan, preferably near Kalamazoo, Lansing, or Grand Rapids.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally to Houston, TX for training.
