Senior Consultant

In this role you drive growth in the employee benefits space by building and managing profitable client relationships within Huntington Insurance. You will identify opportunities, advise on business insurance strategies, and clearly convey the value proposition to prospects and clients. The position blends salary and commission with an income-transition plan, and offers flexible work arrangements to support performance and collaboration. You will work with cross-functional teams to expand the customer base and influence outcomes in a regulated, customer-focused environment.

• Build and manage profitable relationships with prospects and clients
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external sources to identify insurance opportunities
• Achieve year-over-year revenue growth through new customer acquisition
• Analyze, prepare, and advise on comprehensive business insurance strategies
• Communicate Huntington Insurance value proposition to potential and existing customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor
• 5+ years' experience in Employee Benefits insurance sales
• Group Health license for Employee Benefits
• Life and Health License (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Enthusiasm and confidence in internal and external relationships
• Multitasking
• Proven track record of meeting performance measures
