ScheduleFull Time Shift 1: 12 AM – 8 AM, Monday‑Friday
Full Time Shift 2: 2 PM – 10 PM, Friday‑Tuesday
Part Time Shift 1: 12 AM – 8 AM, Saturday & Sunday
Part Time Shift 2: 10 PM – 6 AM, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
Part Time Shift 3: 4 PM – 12 AM, Every Other Saturday and Sunday
CompensationRate of Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with clients, customers, and coworkers.
- Provide information and assistance to calling parties regarding emergency, security, and general assistance needs.
- Follow procedures in dispatching personnel for emergency and non‑emergency response.
- Accurately and quickly use computer‑aided software for complaint documentation and processing of anonymous tip line calls.
- Serve as an information resource to DK employees and clients, locating requested information through additional sources as needed.
- Process and report background screen requests.
- Process payroll company‑wide.
- Monitor an anonymous whistle blower hotline and provide thorough reports for clients.
- Monitor CCTV system using recording devices.
- Operate, test, and perform data entry responsibilities for a variety of computerized and electronic equipment used in access control, fire, and security systems.
- Prepare reports, activity logs, and files; assist in the maintenance and distribution of reports, records, and files.
- Assist security and event staff in scheduling/payroll processing, filling missed shifts, etc.
- Follow site‑specific posted guidelines.
- Document daily activities and incident reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 18 years old.
- Good moral character; no felony convictions or misdemeanor convictions for sexual conduct, theft, assault, or crimes of moral turpitude.
- Impeccable grooming.
- Above average customer service skills.
- High school diploma or GED and some college experience.
- Friendly, positive, professional image to clients and the public.
- Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures and ability to manage emergency situations while maintaining normal control center functions.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize decisions based on multiple criteria and policies.
- Ability to effectively interact with professional personnel at all levels within the corporation, outside agencies, and the general public.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills and ability to solve problems and de‑escalate situations in a non‑confrontational manner.
