This is an apprenticeship role where you will be trained to become a licensed, certified Kitchen Fire Suppression Technician. Learn to inspect, repair, and install fire systems in restaurants. We look for hardworking, hands‑on individuals eager to learn a new trade in the fire protection industry.

• Hourly pay: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience
• Potential quarterly bonuses

• Must have work history and experience with hand tools such as pipe wrenches, channel locks, drills, etc.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with 3 or less points.
• Will willing to work nights and weekends for emergency services.
• Ability and willingness to learn and study the various kitchen fire systems, extinguishers, and other equipment required to pass certification tests.
• Initiative, goal orientation, excellent attendance, and responsibility.
• Strong communication skills with customers, explaining work performed and repairs needed.
• Good written communication and detailed work documentation.
• Well organized, able to track service tickets and complete required documentation for each service performed.
