Position Summary

Halyard is seeking a dedicated and experienced Metal Stud and Wood Framer to assist in the installation of prefabricated wall and structural panel systems. This individual should have a strong framing background (metal stud or wood), a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage on-site operations efficiently. A coachable mindset and commitment to excellence are essential for success in this role.

Metal Stud And Wood Framer

– Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and installation details.
• Install metal stud and wood framing systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and secure framing materials according to project requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and safety on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members and follow direction from supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for framing tasks.

Metal Stud And Wood Framer – Qualifications

• Proven experience in metal stud and/or wood framing.
• Ability to read and follow basic construction documents and layout drawings.
• Strong understanding of framing techniques, tools, and materials.
• Knowledge of and adherence to job site safety protocols.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew.
• Physical ability to perform framing work, including lifting, bending, and working at heights.
