What You Would Do In This Role- Perform installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting on fire alarm systems.
- Install conduit, wire, and devices following engineered documents, drawings, and manuals in accordance with Secur Alarm standards.
- Obtain NICET II and FAST certification within 2 years of employment.
- Support after-hour client needs through on-call rotation and adhere to the On Call Policy.
- Support emergency service calls and overflow as needed.
- Provide training and support to internal and external clients on fire alarm systems and components.
- Stay current on training, certifications, licensing, background checks, and safety requirements.
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients and team members.
- Excellent communication skills to keep all parties informed.
- Resourcefulness in solving problems through troubleshooting and research.

Minimum Requirements- Authorization to work in the US.
- Valid driver’s license, insurable under a fleet policy, and ability to drive a company vehicle.
- Ability to pass background screening and drug tests.
- Clear communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Flexible schedule to meet client needs.
- Basic knowledge of networks, electrical theory, blueprints, and IT infrastructure.
- Preferred but not required: knowledge of fire and building codes, construction cycles, and fire alarm systems.
