Your Day-to-DayIn your role as a Crew Member or Assistant Crew Leader,you'll experience a typical day working alongside skilledcolleagues, creating beautiful, long-lasting outdoor spaces forour customers. Reporting directly to your crew leader, you'll contribute to a team that values efficiency, problem-solving, anda strong commitment to showing up and giving your best effort.

RequirementsTo join ourteam, we ask that you meet the following essential requirements, whichreflex our commitment to safety and professionalism:
- Experience:
- Assistant Crew Leader: $24 per hour
- 1+ years experience in framing, carpentry, or deck building.
- Crew Member: $20 per hour
- 6 months + experience in a building trades position. Ability to read a tape measure and identify tools.
- Transportation: Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure consistent on-time arrival to jobsites.
- Communication:
- Physical Requirements: The ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50 pounds with prolonged standing.
