- DOL Registered Apprenticeship Program:
Structured and supportive learning environment for professional development.
- $25 - $35/hr
- Complete installation of heating and cooling systems in newly constructed buildings.
- Install heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings.
- Ensure systems operate at high energy efficiencies.
- Keep accurate work logs: job sites, time, equipment, materials, and follow-up recommendations.
- Work with minimal supervision, applying skills and independent decision-making to deliver quality work.
- Use equipment, materials, tools, and time with care and personal responsibility.
- Be mindful of safety, adhere to safety protocols.
- 3+ years of work experience as a Technician preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and fitting into tight spaces
- Skilled with power and hand tools
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions for construction trades
- General construction knowledge including building codes and reading blueprints
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Must be authorized to work in the US
