Duct Cleaning​/HVAC Helper

Job description:

Each day you will help deliver a top-notch experience to our customers by providing them with the valuable service of cleaning and/or sealing the ductwork of the heating and cooling system. Our field technicians are the hands of our company, working together to provide safety, comfort, and health in your home and our local community.

Responsibilities:
Our Air Duct Cleaning Technician has the following responsibilities and duties:

• Assemble, transport, and use the duct cleaning and duct sealing machines on heating and cooling ductwork
• Use technological assets to effectively communicate with customers and the office
• Represent our company in a positive light by driving responsibly and taking care of the company vehicle
• Be able to effectively communicate and offer products that would enhance the customer’s safety, comfort & health
• Work with your team to achieve department goals
• Contribute to a positive team-oriented environment by treating all with respect and practicing effective communication
• Must possess a can‑do, hard‑working, in it to win it attitude. Must have the ability to take personal responsibility to improve as a person and employee. Willing to adapt to our way and systems for providing a red‑carpet level of service

Requirements:
Our Duct Cleaning Technician should have the following skills, education, and experience:

Must possess a mostly positive outlook and be committed to serving our customers to their best ability.

Ability to climb in and out of vans and travel staircases, able to lift over 75lbs, and work in the hot and cold Michigan weather.

• $14-16 Per Hour
