What You'll Be Doing- Install top-tier electrical systems in new commercial construction and remodel projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics with confidence
- Lead and work independently on job sites
- Ensure safety and code compliance (OSHA, NEC, etc.)
- Troubleshoot like a pro and keep jobs running smoothly
- Help mentor apprentices and guide the next generation of electricians
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician in Michigan
- 2+ years’ commercial electrical experience, with foreman-level responsibilities or hands‑on involvement in running projects.
- Solid knowledge of the NEC
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Your own basic hand tools
- 4‑Day Work Week (Mon‑Thurs, 10‑hour shifts = 3‑day weekends every week!)
