Hope Network is seeking an Advanced Residential Instructor (ARI) for Grandview - Meadows in Michigan. In this full-time 3rd shift role, you’ll provide direct support, supervision, and person-centered care to residents, helping them build daily living and independence skills while modeling positive behaviors.
You’ll assist with ADLs and medications, support outings and transportation, and maintain a safe, structured environment, fostering trust and growth within a compassionate team.
