Elevate Strategy Design ManagerWithin Meijer's Results Delivery Office (RDO), the Elevate Strategy Design Manager plays a critical role in enabling our Elevate strategy. This individual will partner with Elevate leadership to craft compelling narratives, design impactful experiences, and create executive-level materials that bring strategic ambitions to life. This position connects current state to future state experience opportunities, supported by research and analysis, to ensure leadership understands how our strategic programs are delivering meaningful outcomes.
WhatYou'll be Doing:
- Ensuring consistent and strategically connected Elevate messaging.
- Leveraging market and competitive intelligence to set the stage for our Elevate strategy.
- Developing executive/board ready presentations for strategy updates and opportunity reviews.
- Collaborating with Elevate leadership and cross-functional teams to shape strategic solutions that enhance customer and team member experiences, driving measurable impact for the brand.
- Leveraging data analytics and customer insights to communicate unmet needs and white space opportunities that can differentiate and strengthen the Meijer brand experience.
- Translating complex insights into clear, compelling narratives and visual frameworks.
- Utilizing research and analysis to inform business case and experience concept storytelling.
- Visualizing and communicating current-to-future state journeys using data-driven storytelling to illustrate the value of proposed team member and customer initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, design, strategy, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in business strategy, insights, experience design, storytelling and visualization.
- Expertise in visual storytelling, executive communication and presentation design.
- Proven ability to synthesize research and data into actionable insights.
- Strategic thinker with strong business and retail acumen.
- Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills aimed at uncovering unmet needs and opportunities.
- Outcomes-oriented with a focus on delivering tangible impact through storytelling and design.
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship building skills.
- Adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
