Tremendous opportunity for an experienced Transportation and Fleet Services Manager to join an established and growing family owned business in Grand Rapids.
The Transportation and Fleet Services manager will over the fleet operations, driver and service teams across multiple locations in Michigan. You will recruit, onboard and train company and contract drivers, manage fleet budget, develop and negotiate vendor partnership, lead capital planning for fleet expansion, vehicle replacement and major repairs, lead and train fleet technicians and manage all work orders.
Local travel required and primarily say shift with some flexibility as business needs require.
Pay range will start at $130-$150k annually with bonus and benefits.

- 5+ yrs leading CDL driver teams and 2+ yrs managing fleet maintenance operations
- CDL-A license preferred but not required
- Strong compliance knowledge to include DOT, OSHA, FMCSA
- Bachelor degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related
- Multi-location fleet management experience
- Industrial industry experience to include, waste management, construction, recycling, manufacturing or similar
