Summary: Are you a highly skilled and experienced construction project estimator? Do you enjoy helping others? As a Construction Rebuild Estimator, you will be responsible for determining the cost of SERVPRO rebuild projects while ensuring all job site safety and OSHA requirements are being followed. You will handle all aspects of the estimation process, customer support, and project planning for our rebuild division, working directly with the Rebuild Project Manager to provide an excellent rebuild experience from start to finish.

- Manage multiple rebuild projects and produce high-volume estimates
- Interpret documents such as drawings, manuals, and specifications to compile estimates
- Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents for accurate cost estimation
- Compile and distribute bid estimates
- Collaborate with the Rebuild Project Manager to collect and categorize productivity and cost data
- Review estimates and revisions for completeness and accuracy
- Use bid data to prepare detailed bid comparisons
- Maintain a conscious and proficient understanding of profitability
- Perform other tasks as needed
Work Environment Requirements
- Occasional lifting, climbing ladders, exposure to extreme cold or heat, high noise levels
- Walking, standing, working with hands, exposure to power tools and machinery
- Frequent driving and sitting
This is a full-time position with hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Long hours may be required depending on workload. Travel is primarily local, with some out-of-area and overnight travel possible.
