Position: Job File Coordinator

Summary:

Are you a self-motivated, well-organized office professional? Do you enjoy helping others? As a Job File Coordinator, you will assist with scheduling assessments of the work that needs to be completed. You will also serve as a liaison for customers to identify project requirements and specifications, as well as administer and organize projects to support teammates. Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch and schedule restoration teams for incoming leads and projects
  • Review and maintain scheduling to ensure appropriate team routing
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Handle incoming calls regarding past services, follow-ups, and general inquiries
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with customers, Managers, Crew Chiefs, and Technicians
  • Oversee daily projects, monitor status, audit, and track work-in-progress
  • Review and validate job site documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough project documentation from start to finish
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed

    • Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

    • Occasional lifting of files, opening file cabinets, bending, and standing
    • Constant sitting and typing

    Normal Working Hours: This is a full-time position working hours between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Longer hours and flexibility may be required based on business needs.
