Position: Physician - Emergency Medicine / FM with Emergency Medicine Experience
Grand Itasca Clinic & Hospital is seeking a board eligible/board certified Emergency Medicine or Family Practice (with Emergency Medicine) experienced physician to join our Emergency Department Team. Grand Itasca is a fully integrated multi-specialty clinic and hospital located in Northern Minnesota.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 1.00 FTE

WORK SCHEDULE:
Days, Evenings, Weekends

Medical Staff

Practice Opportunity

• Level III Trauma Center averaging 16,000 visits per year
• 24-hour physician emergency services
• Highly trained, expert emergency nursing staff
• Advanced diagnostic services including CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound
• Transport for critical patient via ground or helicopter transport if necessary
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine residency training program
• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule.

Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
