Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital, a part of Fairview Health Services, is looking for a Certified Nurse Practitioner or licensed Physician Assistant (certified by NCCPA) to join its busy and growing medical practice. Grand Itasca is a fully integrated multi-specialty clinic and hospital located in Northern Minnesota.

Days, Evenings, Weekends

Practice Opportunity

• Level III Trauma Center averaging 16,000 visits per year
• 24-hour physician emergency services
• Highly trained, expert emergency nursing staff
• Advanced diagnostic services including CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound
• Transport for critical patient via ground or helicopter transport if necessary
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of APP experience preferred.
• Training in Emergency Medicine preferred but not required.

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule.

Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
