Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Promoting Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and Healthy Pack Rx , and assisting with patient enrollment.
• Leading the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Organizing workflow for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
• Developing and maintaining long-term care (LTC) business through communication and attention to nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities.
• Identifying opportunities in Long Term Care and Specialty pharmacy and communicating these with marketing staff.
• Dispensing medications and related supplies, and providing clinical pharmacy services.

Physical Demands:

This role may require long periods of standing. Employees must frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers, operate objects or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally, employees must lift/move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth perception, along with the ability to adjust focus.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy license or the ability to obtain one without federal sanctions.
• Pharm
  
  D or MTM Certification (with proof of course completion from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• NPI Number.
