ix Hospice, we recognize the significance of each precious, end‑of‑life journey. As Regional Director of Clinical Operations, this Registered Nurse will lead and oversee clinical services to ensure the highest quality hospice care for patients and families.

• Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
• Participate in operational planning and budgeting.
• Provide guidancejdk and counseling to coordinators and managers of clinical services to continually improve hospice care services.
• Assist the Manager of Clinical Services in managing clinical teams and planning.
• Assist in assessment, planning, implementation, and ويت evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care.
• Assist the Chief Clinical Officer in preparation and administration of the organization’s budget.
• Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and adjust staffing, revenue, or expenses.
• Evaluate performance of the Manager of Clinical Services.
• Assist the Manager of Clinical Services in developing skills and techniques for evaluating clinicians.
• Hire, evaluate, and terminate organization personnel.
• Conduct annual evaluations on clinicians.
• Oversee the maintenance of patient clinical records, statistics, reports for evaluation and reporting.
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Manage inventory supplies and equipment required for قسمت patient services.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the orientation program for new personnel.
• Plan and implement in‑service and continuing education programs.
• Assist in the evaluation of organization performance via performance improvement program.
• Assist in the development of organization goals and administer policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and CHAP Home Care standards.
• Stay informed of changes in nursing and hospice care and share information with personnel.
• Promote hospice referrals within the health‑care community.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Chief Clinical Officer.

• Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing strongly preferred;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
• Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in good working order.
• Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and CHAP standards.

Starting salary range: $102,000 – $156,000 annual base salary. (The total compensation package may include additional benefits and will be determined based on geographic location, skill set, education, experience, performance, and business needs.)
