St. Croix Hospice seeks a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our Grand Rapids team.
You will provide direct in-home personal care, assist with mobility and daily activities, and support patients and families as part of an interdisciplinary care team under RN supervision. Qualified candidates hold an active CNA license in Minnesota, are 18+, pass background and drug tests, and have a valid driver's license.
