As a Branch Manager, you'll lead branch operations while helping your team deliver an exceptional experience every time members connect with SCCU.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while ensuring an exceptional member experience
• Drive branch growth through member acquisition, relationship development, and achievement of sales and service goals
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to reach their full potential
• Promote a culture aligned with SCCU’s mission, core values, and commitment to service
• Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Represent SCCU in the community and participate in local events and relationship-building opportunities
• Support special projects and organizational initiatives as needed

You enjoy leading people and have a knack for creating positive experiences. You're dependable, relationship-focused, and comfortable balancing team development, operational excellence, and member service.

• Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Has five or more years of experience in the financial services industry
• Has progressive leadership and management experience with a track record of developing teams
• Communicates effectively and professionally with members, employees, and community partners
• Demonstrates strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Enjoys coaching employees to achieve sales and service goals
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using business systems
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and sound judgment
