, Arrowhead provides promotional marketing and fulfillment services for companies across a wide range of industries. Our production team plays an important role in assembling, packaging, and preparing products that support client programs across the country.
- Daytime hours with your choice of available shift:
- 7:00 a.m.
-3:30 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
-4:30 p.m.
- 7:00 a.m.
- Seasonal work through December 18, 2026
- Team-oriented work environment
- No extensive previous production experience required
- Sorting, assembling, packaging, and labeling products
- Preparing items for shipment and mailing
- Packing products based on project specifications
- Palletizing completed cartons, bags, and trays
- Moving between workstations as production needs change
- Learning to use various production and packaging equipment
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Working alongside your teammates to meet daily production goals
We’re looking for dependable individuals who bring a positive attitude, can follow instructions, and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous production or packaging experience is helpful, but not required.
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Physical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position that involves standing, walking, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday. Employees must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
