School Nurse – LPN

Apply for the School Nurse – LPN role at ISD 318 – Grand Rapids & Bigfork.

• Assist the Lead School Nurse in providing health services to ISD 318 students.
• Support special education classrooms.

• ESP Bargaining Unit, Class I
• 7.5 hours per day, student days; 7 hours per day on Wednesdays.
• Salary range: $22.20–$25.64 per hour.

• Current LPN License.
• Ability to effectively communicate with students and parents.
• Ability to efficiently utilize various computerized information systems.
• Effective team member within school environment.
• Ability to work independently under supervision of LSN and Principal.
• Maintain confidentiality of information about students and families.
• Effective communication with Health Care Providers, Therapists, Mental Health Providers, Social Services, Foster Care Facilities, Human Resource Officers, EMS, Probation System.
• Function with knowledge of limits of position and LPN license.
