Hours: Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Targeted Pay Range: $17.25-21 per hour

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

What you’ll do in this role:

Our Department Managers are responsible for overseeing employees within multiple departments. You will be responsible for assigning tasks to employees, ensuring tasks are completed, resolving customer concerns or issues, ensuring employees are properly trained within their assigned department, and any other tasks as assigned by management. Ideal candidates have previous experience or knowledge with various clothing & footwear or sporting goods products.
