Accountant Assurance

Position: Accountant for Assurance at MNP
Become a pivotal part of MNP's Assurance & Accounting team as an Accountant.

As a valued member of the team, you will deliver personalized financial insights that empower clients in a dynamic business landscape. You’ll gain exposure to GAAP and ASPE guidelines, while handling diverse responsibilities, such as bookkeeping, audits, and managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in compilations, reviews, and audits

• Set up and manage client files while conducting inventory counts

• Prepare balance sheets and profit & loss statements

• Assess audit evidence for financial accuracy

• Collaborate with teams and improve work processes

Requirements:

• Degree in commerce or business administration (accounting/finance preferred)

• Working towards CPA Professional Education Program prerequisites

• Previous office experience in accounting is advantageous

• Customer service experience is beneficial

• Familiarity with accounting and tax software is a plus
