PVT Group is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its Finance team. Applicants should have a diploma or degree in Business Administration along with 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities include data entry, customer invoicing, and month-end reconciliations, which contribute to the organization’s accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry for Accounts Receivable in Axon.

• Create and issue customer invoices per their requirements.

• Upload invoices to customer portals and resolve disputes.

• Support month-end reconciliations and reporting.

• Identify process improvements within the finance function.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.

• 2-5 years in Accounts Receivable experience.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Experience with Axon or similar accounting software.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
