The Administrative  Support 3 (AS3) position at the Ministry of Forestry and Parks focuses on managing revenues, assisting customers, and supporting team operations. You'll oversee the POS system and provide customer service support while ensuring smooth daily operations. Robust organizational skills and familiarity with accounting processes will ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities   Manage the POS system and cash floats
Review district camping and retail sales revenue
Enter data into Aspira One and spreadsheets
Support seasonal staff with revenue reconciliation
Assist in campground store operations
Requirements   High School Diploma and one year in customer service
Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic accounting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of local parks and tourism
Valid driver's license and WHMIS certificate
