As an Administrative Support 3 (AS3) within the Ministry of Forestry and Parks, you’ll combine customer service responsibilities with essential back-office support. Your focus will be on managing revenue systems, assisting the Visitor Services Supervisor, and providing information to the public. Customer service experience and a proactive attitude are essential for navigating this role’s challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the POS system and manage cash floats

• Reconcile camping and retail sales revenue weekly

• Enter revenue records into systems and spreadsheets

• Provide support and training to seasonal booth staff

• Conduct inventory management for booths and stores

Requirements:

• High School diploma with 1 year of related experience

• Customer service, cash-handling, and administrative skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiar with campground operations and tourism

• Current certifications in First Aid and Driver’s License
