Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day matting operations.
  • Create, organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, project plans, risk logs and status reports.
  • Serve as administrative point of contact for project-related inquiries, facilitating smooth information flow between team members, clients and contractors.
  • Compile data to prepare accurate and timely progress reports for management.
  • Assist in developing and tracking project budgets, monitoring daily expenses and processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Maintain asset inventory accuracy and integrity within NAV and availability in Strad yards.
  • Requires on call, after hours and weekend availability.
  • Additional duties based on business needs.
Qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation and warehousing functions.
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations effectively and come to workable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to use computer daily and pick up new software.
  • Strong sense of time management.
  • 3+ years of Oil and Gas experience is preferred.
  • Able to work well with minimal supervision.
  • High standards of integrity and energy level.
