- Support day-to-day matting operations.
- Create, organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, project plans, risk logs and status reports.
- Serve as administrative point of contact for project-related inquiries, facilitating smooth information flow between team members, clients and contractors.
- Compile data to prepare accurate and timely progress reports for management.
- Assist in developing and tracking project budgets, monitoring daily expenses and processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Maintain asset inventory accuracy and integrity within NAV and availability in Strad yards.
- Requires on call, after hours and weekend availability.
- Additional duties based on business needs.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation and warehousing functions.
- Ability to deal with stressful situations effectively and come to workable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to use computer daily and pick up new software.
- Strong sense of time management.
- 3+ years of Oil and Gas experience is preferred.
- Able to work well with minimal supervision.
- High standards of integrity and energy level.

- Work in accordance with information and training provided.
- Refrain from misusing or recklessly interfering with anything that has been provided for Health, Safety and Environmental reasons.

- Not undertake any task for which authorization and/or training has not been provided.
