Step into an essential role as an Administrative Assistant in our Grande Prairie office. This full-time position balances reception tasks with critical team support Monday through Friday.
We are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to excel in our Grande Prairie location. This full-time role encompasses reception duties, onboarding of new employees, and crucial administrative assistance to our Operations team. You will manage office supplies and respond to inquiries from vendors and customers while performing data entry tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and assist guests at reception
• Guide new hires effectively through onboarding
• Support the Operations team with administrative tasks
• Keep office supplies stocked and files organized
• Respond to vendor and customer inquiries addressingly
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Initiative in learning new tasks
• Professional attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to interact with various personalities
• Experience in oil & gas services is beneficial
