Operations Administrator AB

Operations Administrator – supports and coordinates projects for the matting team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of equipment, personnel, and resources to job sites.

• Support of day-to-day matting operations.
• Create, organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, project plans, risk logs and status reports.
• Serve as administrative point of contact for project-related inquiries, facilitating smooth information flow between team members, clients and contractors.
• Compile data to prepare accurate and timely progress reports for management.
• Assist in developing and tracking project budgets, monitoring daily expenses and processing purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintain asset inventory accuracy and integrity within NAV and availability in Strad yards.
• Requires on call, after hours and weekend.
• Additional duties based on business.

• Experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation and warehousing functions.
• Ability to deal with stressful situations effectively and come to workable solutions.
