Sales Manager – Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, Honda Motorcycles & ATVs, Triumph Motorcycles, Arctic Cat Snowmobiles and EZ-GO Golf Carts.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Harley-Davidson and Motorsports sales department. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who knows how to build strong teams, execute consistent processes, and deliver results while representing these iconic brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the motorcycle sales team
  • Drive retail sales performance, gross profit, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure strong lead response, follow-up, and CRM discipline
  • Set daily activity expectations and hold the team accountable
  • Collaborate with F&I, Parts, Service, and Marketing
  • Support dealership events, promotions, and community engagement
  • Maintain Harley-Davidson standards and brand experience
