Health and Safety Advisor DFI

This position involves direct engagement with field operations to promote the HSE management system. The Health and Safety Advisor will conduct audits, provide training, and support incident investigations and hazard assessments. Your proactive approach will help build a robust safety environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field audits and safety inspections

• Develop and update HSE-related training programs

• Facilitate safety culture through mentoring and coaching

• Support management of work-related injury claims

• Collaborate on project-specific health and safety plans

Requirements:

• OH&S certificate or diploma is mandatory

• 3-5 years’ experience in HSE advisory roles

• NCSO or CRSP designation beneficial

• Strong writing and analytical skills

• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
