McElhanney Ltd. is seeking a commissioned Alberta Land Surveyor or registered articling students nearing ALS completion to manage diverse surveying demands. You'll gain hands-on experience while providing mentorship to junior staff within a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities:

• Define project budgets, schedules, and scopes

• Lead survey crews and communicate project details

• Ensure quality control in all survey deliverables

• Engage with clients and manage project timelines

• Mentor and train up-and-coming survey professionals

Requirements:

• Preferred ALS in good standing with ALSA

• 5+ years of progressive surveying experience

• Strong background in energy, infrastructure projects

• Excellent team leadership and communication skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
