Position: Experienced Earthworks Foreman Role

The role involves supervising crews and ensuring all safety protocols are followed while efficiently managing resources. Candidates must have at least five years of supervisory experience and a background in heavy construction. Excellent leadership and communication skills will be crucial as you mentor your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily crew activities and allocate tasks

• Ensure safety standards and conduct team training

• Collaborate with project management on schedules

• Maintain accurate daily reports and logs

• Interface with subcontractors and utility identification crews

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience in earthworks supervision

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driving history

• Strong understanding of OHS guidelines and construction procedures

• Must reside in the Edmonton area

• Relevant safety training courses are an asset
