Position: Service Specialist )
Position Overview  London Drugs is seeking a Service Specialist to provide assistance to customers throughout the General Sales area and oversee front‑end operations.

Key Responsibilities   Provide customer assistance throughout the General Sales area.
Handle customer issues and supervise front‑end operations during duty.
Monitor cashier coverage, maintain front‑end supplies, replenish change float, and answer calls for customer assistance in and monitor team members, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and helpful service environment in a fast‑paced setting.
Qualifications and Skills   Excellent customer service experience and sense of urgency.
Strong communication skills; good listener, patient, articulate.
Interpersonal, motivational, delegation, and follow‑up skills.
Ability to work effectively under stress, pressure, and remain calm with difficult situations.
Willingness to take on responsibility, train others, and monitor work habits.
Supervisory experience is an asset.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
