As a Service Specialist, you will oversee the front end, manage customer issues, and train new employees. • Supervise front end operations and address customer issues
• Monitor cashier activities and coverage
• Replenish change float and maintain front end supplies

Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience required
• Effective communication and patience skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure essential
• Experience in supervisory roles is a plus
