This role requires you to excel in providing information and recommendations on equipment, process rentals, and maintain valuable customer relations. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on quality service and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service through various communication channels
• Complete accurate invoicing and rental processing
• Organize dispatching of equipment to customers
• Ensure cleanliness and order in stock areas
• Participate in customer follow-ups and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant industry experience
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
• Availability for weekend and evening on-call duties
• Strong problem-solving abilities to support customers
