As the face of our hotels, the Guest Service Agent plays a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued. Ideal candidates will have front desk experience, a strong customer service background, and the ability to manage inquiries effectively.
Your role includes everything from checking guests in and out to resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all guests
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Manage daily cash transactions and financial reconciliations
• Coordinate guest needs and special requests promptly
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maestro software
• Completion of a two-year hotel management program preferred
